Terms Of Service

In cases were a client has a ready or outsourced Artwork, They must be submitted in a PDF Format, generated by using a professional Graphic Design Software in high resolution minimum 300 dpi. Furthermore all artwork must have 3 mm bleed away from cut line, Also make sure the fonts are Embedded or converted to curve (outline). Client needs to proof read and sign off project before print.

Designing Deposit

Due to the nature of the business process 60% Non-refundable upfront payment is required before we can commence any Graphic Design Project.
